Effective Date: June 14, 2026
Tirion Labs LLC ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates as an independent software studio dedicated to designing, developing, and publishing interactive video games, utility applications, and software solutions. This Privacy Policy governs the data practices of our software products, video games, and downloadable content (collectively, the "Software") and our corporate landing page located at https://www.tirionlabs.com (the "Site").
We are committed to maintaining strict user privacy. This document outlines our structural architecture regarding data collection, storage, and compliance metrics under applicable global privacy laws across all mobile, desktop, and digital distribution platforms.
The Software is structurally engineered to function as a decentralized, self-contained system prioritizing local-first data integrity.
Local Operation: All gameplay progression, application states, configuration settings, scores, cryptographic frameworks, and user preferences are processed and stored locally on your physical hardware device.
No Proprietary Server-Side Transmission: The Software does not maintain an active outbound network connection to external database clusters, telemetry servers, or proprietary cloud infrastructure owned or operated by Tirion Labs LLC.
Platform Cloud Saves: Where applicable, the Software may utilize standard, native third-party distribution platform cloud saving features (such as Steam Cloud, Apple iCloud, or Google Play Saved Games) to synchronize your local game saves across your personal devices. These synchronization loops are handled strictly by the respective distribution platform via their native APIs; Tirion Labs LLC never ingests, intercepts, or retains these save files.
On-Device Sandbox: Any application data is retained exclusively within the operating system’s secure application sandbox or local directory structure. Deleting the Software or its local save directories from the device permanently purges all associated local files.
A. Software Applications and Video Games
Personal Data: The Software does not collect, request, require, or transmit personal data elements (including but not limited to legal names, physical addresses, telephone numbers, financial credentials, account profiles, or biometric identifiers).
Device & Hardware Metrics: The Software does not read, log, or exfiltrate persistent hardware identifiers, unique device hashes, hardware configurations, or advertising tokens (such as Apple's IDFA, Google's AAID, or local hardware serials).
System Permissions: If the Software requires local system permissions (such as file system write access for game saves, or graphics/audio API execution), it operates strictly via native OS calls without duplicating, logging, or transmitting data outside the local context.
B. Corporate Web Presence
Inbound Communications: If you initiate contact via our dedicated corporate administrative channel (contact@tirionlabs.com), we collect your email address and any text payload, metadata, or attachments contained within the communication. This data is processed strictly to resolve your technical inquiry or support request and is never aggregated into behavioral marketing or commercial tracking databases.
Server Logs: Our web hosting infrastructure (Google Sites) may collect standardized network log tokens (such as abbreviated IP addresses, browser types, and timestamps) strictly for security auditing, DDoS prevention, and service optimization.
To eliminate secondary data leakage vectors, the Software enforces a zero-dependency architecture regarding third-party behavioral profiling utilities.
No Telemetry or Performance Analytics: We do not integrate tracking Software Development Kits (SDKs), background telemetry engines, analytical monitoring frameworks (e.g., Unity Analytics, GameAnalytics, Google Analytics, Firebase), or heatmapping scripts.
No Advertising Networks: The Software does not incorporate programmatic banner advertisements, native interstitials, or partner promotional slots, completely bypassing the requirement for behavioral tracking mechanics or data broker monetization models.
Because Tirion Labs LLC does not ingest, transmit, or aggregate user data fields, we do not maintain data repositories subject to traditional deletion pipelines.
Data Subject Rights: Under international statutes (including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)), users retain the right to access, rectify, or erase their personal data. Because our database footprint is zero, the execution of these rights is fully achieved by the user manually managing or deleting the local app files and save data on their physical hardware device or via their distribution platform account settings.
Our data collection architecture conforms directly to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable regional youth data protections. Our apps and video games do not knowingly or actively request, collect, or transmit information from individuals under the age of 13. In the event that a minor transmits an administrative or technical support inquiry via our contact email, the communication metadata is permanently deleted from our communication cache upon resolution.
The Company reserves the right to amend this technical Privacy Policy to reflect changing regulatory requirements, platform terms, or codebase iterations. Any material changes will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" at the apex of this document. Continued utilization of the Software or Site following updates constitutes a formal acknowledgement of the revised terms.
